Cristina Van Valkenburg claims dual citizenship with Texas and Wisconsin, but prior to moving to Cherry Valley, California had been her home for the last 30 years. With a BFA in Musical Theatre from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, she has crisscrossed the country performing in shows like A Chorus Line, Meet Me in St. Louis, Godspell, Little Shop of Horrors, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Kiss Me Kate, and Beach Blanket Babylon.

She has shared the boards with Tommy Tune, Peter Vogt, and Carol Channing, has sung the national anthem at San Francisco Giants games, performed for British Royalty at the Covent Garden Theatre Festival, sung with greats like Huey Lewis and the News, Tracey Chapman, Barbara Cook, Amanda McBroom, George Coe, and Ledisi, and has also had the pleasure of working with Francis Ford Coppola, Jerry Mayer, Stuart Pankin, and Ed Asner.
